Hi there! I’m a facilitator, agile collaborator&coach and aspiring UX designer.

For more than 10 years I’m helping people, teams and organisations transform and raise effectiveness. I’m an experienced Scrum Master/ Agile Coach who worked with development teams for many organisations on different products. I’m a highly skilled facilitator, who can feel the difference between moderation and facilitation of meetings. Even I’m teaching others how to facilitate great workshops.

I received a Master’s degree from Public Health at Collegium Medicum Jagiellonian University. During the next years, I’ve finished some postgraduates studies.  Firstly Financial Analyst as I were working as Business Analyst this time and needed some more financial knowledge. Nextly I finished Executive Leadership Studies to know and experience how best leaders think and work.  I was still interested in the psychological topics so I’ve decided to join the Master Class of Management (Psychology of Management Actions) – a unique program conducted by top-class psychologists and scientists. Last but not least is User Experience Design / Product Design and I feel shame that I’ve participated in the program so latety.

I was adding simple bricks to build a bridge which helps me to work with groups and individuals. Starting from coaching skills (Leadership Coaching School) I feel the difference with understanding different people perspectives, asking them powerful questions and drive positive impact.
Learning how to work with a group and lead a training (Business Coach ) gives me a strong base to project and lead a valuable session with groups and teams.
Discovering different facilitation techniques (certified advanced facilitator ILM – the Process Iceberg® methodology) shows me that I’m highly talented in the area. I can create a magical session to support groups learning, discovering new areas or just simply arrange tasks to do.

I jumped into the IT sector at the beginning of my career. Starting as Business Analyst and fulfilling PMO and Scrum Master roles. So smoothly I’ve started to be a Scrum Master and stay here longer.
During 2012-2018, I had been working as a Scrum Master for few companies. Changing companies support my learning. Despite having multiple teams, brightone (the ImmobilienScout project) had for many years only a single Scrum Master. Joining the NewVoiceMedia I had the same starting point. It was great to feeling startup spirit extending for a big company. It was obvious to me when I joined that we need more resources in Wrocław. In less than 2 years we grew the SM team by 3x. The next challenge of the Eurobank transformation gives me a strong feeling that there should be a strong commitment from the top management to implement any changes, it also shows me how to set collaboration between three-part to implement the mobile app. Joining Aptitude Software I’ve known what I can expect after years of experience with wide company cultures. The agile transformation it’s not one-day event .

I found myself fascinated by brainstorming and fine-tuning numerous workshops to create great teams and build a better product and surprisingly excited when receiving positive feedback. That was the moment when I realized that I’m going to facilitate teams to create meaningful products. Now I want to contribute to the process of creation even more.
